Birthday Parties

Do you have a pony obsessed child? A pony party at Cambridge Stables is just the thing to make them smile!

Your personal party coordinator will give the group a few short rules on general safety while at the barn. After the safety rules, the group will be given 1 hour of riding time with our fun and safe horses, guided by experienced handlers. This also includes time for feeding treats and if time allows a short game. The next hour of your party will be for presents, cake, ice cream and a small craft project for each child! In addition, rain or shine you party will go on under our large covered arena so you’ll never have to worry about a last minute change of venue.

The $400 fee includes horses and craft for 15 children. (Additional children allowed for $15/each.) A $100 non-refundable deposit is required to book a party and will be applied to the remaining balance. The deposit must be paid at least one week prior to the scheduled party date.

Cake, food and drinks are not provided. We allow up to 20 minutes prior to the start of the party for decorating/set up. Some ideas to bring: table cloths, plates, napkins, utensils, drinks and horse treats.

**Balloons are not allowed as these tend to spook the horses**

Guests might want to be aware of the following:

• Wear clothes suitable for an outdoor party on the farm.  If it’s rained recently, it could be muddy!
• Seating is limited, so bring along a camp chair.
• All rider, children and/or adults will be required to have a signed RELEASE OF LIABILITY form prior to any
  exposure to our animals.

Our Expectations:

• That you arrive at the designated time.
• That our staff be allowed to set the limits for the children in order to provide a safe environment.
• That you understand that this is a working barn and other activities will be occurring at the same
  time your party is in progress. You are welcome to observe these activities if you choose.
